The Church Cantina

I've been meaning to check this place out for months after hearing about it from a friend at work, and my best friend and I finally got the chance to have dinner here tonight. If I would have understood how awesome this place is, it wouldn't have taken me so long! You know how some places just feel like home as soon as you walk in? That's this place for me. The staff, the decor, the music, the amazing food and drinks, rhe game room, and the entire vibe of the place in general is exceptional. I can truly tell that this place was opened by people who share my love of horror, rock and roll, good food and drinks, and a bit of sacrilege. That's a rare thing to find, and I'm so in to it. I will be singing this places praises to anyone who will listen.100% recommend for anyone and everyone(even if you're not a horror nerd, metalhead, whatever!), all are welcomed here. I can't wait to go back and spend some more time at this place. Thank you to the owner(s) and staff for making this place a reality for weirdos like myself to feel at home at. Side note: there is also a super cool hearse parked outside that we noticed while going to our cars. The points keep racking up for this place.

This place is a definite vibe. Came at a good time for a weekend, maybe 5:45pm before the evening rush. I got the cherry mole chicken sandwich with yucca fries and it did not disappoint! A little sweeter than traditional mole sauce, but I think that’s kind of the point. Both drinks I got were also amazing. I think for 2 meals and 4 drinks for my date and I we were still under $90–way better value than what you get in Seattle. I’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect dive bar esthetic with amazing food, great service, and the atmosphere is so cool. I am a huge fan of the macabre and this was perfect. I had the monster mash burger with sweet potato wedges, and shared the fire avocados and potato croquettes with my fiancé. Everything was fresh and so good. The bar tender was able to suggest a great non alcoholic drink for the future hubs, and I loved the spicy mango drink he suggested. After our meal we played ski ball in the attached arcade and took photos in the photo booth, attaching one to the wall with our names and the date, like so many others. Id give this place 10 stars if I could.

This is a fantastic Goth bar that has a full and delicious menu. They have both meat and vegan options. I had the crunchy vegan and the vegan chorizo was amazing! The wet burritos are massive so be prepared to share or take some home. They have both inside and outside shaded seating. It is a bar and very popular so be aware there will be significant noise. Highly recommend!

We loved the atmosphere here and it was nice to be somewhere that didn't blast only country music lmao. Food was decent sadly my partner and I have that cilantro aversion, so it made eating some of the things a little challenging but other than that it was great. Also incredibly affordable for the big portions and good food quality.

Church Cantina has been on our list for a very long time. Sometimes places just go unvisited even though you plan on visiting. My wife visited a month or so back and she enjoyed it and I decided I probably need to give it a shot. It's awesome. Cool gothic vibe. It has the feel of a dive bar but is family-friendly. The drinks were nice. And the food was excellent. I think next time we visit we will do the mini corn dogs and the avocado fries and combine the flavors.
